Terms & Conditions
This property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. NO Refunds. The Resort is not responsible for accidents/injury to any guests/visitors, including loss of personal items.
All guests are required to register with the Front Office with a passport or photo id.
CASH PAYMENT POLICY
Cash paying guests must settle room charge and taxes upon check in. In addition, a minimum $200 incidental deposit is required.
Cash-paying guests (without credit cards) must produce photo identification and a $200 security deposit, which is refundable upon room inspection and the room is found to be free of physical or noise damages to other guests.
For prepaid reservations, the credit card used to make a reservation must be presented at check-in to verify identity, along with photo ID. If credit card used to make prepayment is not available for verification, the resort may, at its discretion, request full payment with a verifiable credit card/cash payment. Please note that the resort is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees that might arise from any transactions.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION OR PAYMENTS VIA BANK WIRE
Credit card authorization forms are available via email. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with scanned/photos of the front and back of the credit card, along with a copy of the card holder’s passport. Please be advised a second form of identity may be required.
For bank wires, please be advised there will be a US$30 wire fee that will need to be added.
THIRD PARTY PAYMENT POLICY
Third party credit card authorizations are not accepted for individual (transient) reservations. Please contact us for alternative payment arrangements.
The hotel rooms are 100% non-smoking. There is a fee of $100 for smoking in one of our Rooms; there is a fee of $300 for smoking in one of our Presidential Suites. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
Swimming Pools are open from sunrise to sunset. Swimming is at your own risk, as there are no lifeguards on duty. Children under 12 years old must be supervised.
Fitness Room is open daily from 7AM to 11PM. The hotel shall not be held liable for any incidents that may occur. Children are not allowed in the gym.
Kids Club is open daily from 9AM – 6PM. Extra charge may apply.
Alcohol beverages and glassware are not allowed; NO smoking. Please read all posted signs at entrance.
Non-professional photography is permitted on the hotel premises for registered hotel guests only.
The Mansion does not allow third parties to enter the property and provide commercial services to The Mansion’s guests without The Mansion’s knowledge and consent. Requests to use any area of the hotel as a location for special occasion, wedding, or commercial photo-shoots, and filming, as well as bringing third party vendors/photographers should be directed to email@example.com. Fees apply.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
An early departure fee is subject to the terms of the reservation. For standard rates or refundable reservations, a one-night’s fee will apply. For non-refundable reservations, no refund will apply.
EXTRA BEDDING POLICY
Extra beds are adult size and available for a fee of IDR 500 000 and includes breakfast. Extra beds are not available in our one-bedroom pool villas. There is no charge for baby cribs. A maximum of one extra bed is possible for any room.
PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Non-registered guests may not use The Mansion’s address for personal mail. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Guest registration and check-in is restricted to those 21 years of age or older with valid identification.
The resort and any third party tour operators and travel agents shall NOT be liable for any losses or damages due to events beyond their reasonable control including without limitation: acts or orders of governmental authorities; weather; fire; flood; earthquake; volcanic activity; lightning; airline delays or cancellations for any reason; utility outages; strike, lockout, or work stoppage; terrorism; or any event typically described as “force majeure” or an “act of God.” REFUNDS SHALL NOT BE OFFERED in the event of a late or delayed arrival to the Hotel. In the event of a delayed departure from the Hotel, Guests shall be required to pay locally for any additional nights at a rate not to exceed the Hotel’s night published (“rack”) rates. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
COMMENTS & COMPLAINTS
Guest Complaints must be in writing and submitted within one hour of incidence; if regarding an issue outside your Guest Room or within the first 30 minutes from check-in time stated on Guest Registration Form; if it pertains to your Guest Room. Responses, actions and/or adjudication are provided within 3 business days or sooner. All forms must be submitted during your visit and in person with Hotel Front Desk – NO exceptions.
